Are you good with money or irresponsible?
Generally good with money, but certainly there are times when I can be irresponsible.
What do you "irresponsibly" spend money on during those times?
Champagne, clothes and, more recently, Le Creuset kitchenware.

Yes.
What was your best buy?
Our house.
So you own property. Have you learnt any difficult lessons about investing in property through mistakes?
I have a brilliant track record with property, and this is where I have generally created the most equity. It's a simple rule: location, location, location.
