وضاح خنفر
وضاح خنفر (مواليد 20 ستنمبر فيقرية الرامة، فلسطين) هو صحفي أردني من أصل فلسطيني، عمل كمراسل لقناة الجزيرة بين - ومدير عام لها بين - صنفته مجلة فاست كومباني الشخصية الأكثر إبداعا في إدارة الأعمال ()،[١] و"أكثر الأشخاص قوة وتأثيراً في العالم" وفقاً لمجلة فوربس (). خلفه في إدارة الجزيرة أحمد بن جاسم بن محمد آل ثاني.[٢]
النشأة والمراحل الدراسية
ولد وضاح خنفر عام في من عائلة جاءت للكويت من قرية الرامة وتقع بين قرية عجة وكفر راعي على بعد 27 كيلومترًا جنوب غرب جنين، بفلسطين، تخرج من كلية الهندسة في الجامعة الأردنية عام م ثم التحق بقسم الفلسفة بكلية الآداب حيث تولى حينها إدارة ما سُمِّي باللجنة التحضيرية لاتحاد طلبة الأردن، أكمل دراسته في العلاقات الدولية بجنوب أفريقيا كما درس خنفر في السودان حيث حصل علي درجة الماجستير من جامعة أفريقيا العالمية.
الحياة الإعلامية
انخرط في الوسط الإعلامي حيث التحق بقناة الجزيرة عام ، ثم عين مراسلاً لها في جنوب أفريقيا وغطى عدداً من الأحداث في مختلف أنحاء أفريقيا، ثم انتقل إلى الهند بعد أحداث سبتمبر لتغطية تداعيات الحرب على أفغانستان.وبعد سقوط طالبان وقصف مكتب الجزيرة بكابول ذهب خنفر إلى أفغانستان وواصل تغطية الأحداث في مختلف أنحاء أفغانستان لمدة خمسة أشهر، بعدها انتقل للعمل في العراق، حيث تتبّع مجريات الأحداث قبيل ا

The news that media giant Wadah Khanfar has quit Al Jazeera has been celebrated and mourned in equal measures
The network, which is owned and bankrolled by the Emir of Qatar but remains editorially independent, broke the mould of traditional Arabic media organisations.
