Zayed Khan is a Bangladeshi film actor who has appeared in more than 25 films to date. He started his career in with the film Valobasha Valobasha. Since then he has appeared in films like Nagar Mastan opposite Pori Moni and Dabangg for which he was criticised for the film being vulgar and copied from Dabangg, a blockbuster hit Hindi movie. He was cast in Antor Jala () instead of Shakib Khan, due to the director Malek Afsari's problem with the actor. The director found Shakib too moody and rude. ^[1] He is the general secretary of Cholochitro Shilpo Samiti, the organisation of local film artistes. ^[2]
